What data I collect

• Name and email, when you request the gift voucher on the website form.
• The messages you send me on WhatsApp, including your name, number and what you write.

No health data is collected through the website.
If you later have an assessment or train with me, that data is handled separately, only to support your training.

What I use your data for

• Sending you the gift voucher and booking your session.
• Sending you emails about training, health and my services.
• Replying to your messages and requests.

Legal basis

Your consent, given when you tick the box on the form.
You can withdraw it at any time.

Who I share it with

I never sell or give away your data.
I only use these services to run the website:

• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), to store the contact list and send emails.
• Cloudflare, to host the website.
• WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to message me there.
• Google Fonts, to load the website fonts.

How long I keep it

I keep your name and email for as long as you want to receive my emails.
If you unsubscribe, I stop emailing you and delete your data when you ask.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, and take it to another service.

Every email also has an unsubscribe link.

If you believe your data was not handled properly, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (cnpd.pt).

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
It only stores, in your browser, whether you closed the language notice, so it isn't shown again.
